Warranty Policy:

We provide One Year Factory Warranty on all mobile phones.

If a phone is faulty within 1 month from the purchasing, as long as the phone is brand new, we can replace it with a new one.

If a phone is faulty but have scratches on the face and body, we can only repair the phone instead of replacement.

Buyer is responsible for sending back the faulty phones back to us and it will be on our cost to send back the phones with your orders.

Pay attention: Please send back faulty phones back only through EMS or Normal Post. DO NOT use TNT/DHL/FEDEX/UPS etc.
